About the Author
Bonnie is an author-illustrator from Las Vegas, Nevada. Her sweet, silly, and sometimes sassy characters engage children so they don't even realize they're learning important messages about our environment. Bonnie studied art at the Rhode Island School of Design and is the winner of the 2021 Karen Cushman Award.

2024 Green Earth Book Award Winners Announced
The winners and honor books for this year’s Green Earth Book Awards were announced this week. One Little Earth founder Debra Wolf Goldstein, who served as a judge, said “There were many wonderful submissions. You can’t go wrong with any of these entertaining and informative books.”
